Es con las más sinceras felicitaciones y algo de tristeza que anunciamos la próxima jubilación de Adele Pastore, nuestra directora general del sur de Europa para Synergy Worldwide. El último día de trabajo de Adele con Synergy será el 28 de febrero de 2022.

Adele ha estado en Synergy desde el 2016, y esos 6 años son parte de 42 fantásticos años en la industria de la venta directa. Estamos muy felices por ella, ya que ha decidido coger tiempo para estar con su familia y enfocarse en proyectos personales, incluido el voluntariado como presidenta de una asociación social y cultural que trabaja con artistas y voluntarios para apoyar a niños con necesidades, enfocados especialmente en niños con enfermedades mentales.

Adele es un increíble ejemplo de profesionalidad, paciencia y compostura. How to qualify

- Achieve the rank of SILVER or GOLD for the first time in the period August 2021 to July 2022. Remember, you will need to be active on “Subscribe & Save” with an order and maintain 200 CV in TC1 volume in each of the qualification months to qualify for any Synergy promotions.

- Maintain your SILVER rank for at least 6 months of the same year (2022), including December.

- Personally sponsor 4 new Team Members in 2022 who all achieve the rank of STAR and maintain it for at least the two following months (within the 12-month qualification period).

+ Earn a guest pass

- You can upgrade and earn the ability to bring a guest along with you by achieving the rank of GOLD for the first time in the period August 2021 to July 2022, and maintaining that rank for at least 6 months of the year, including December 2022.

- Additionally, two or more of the new personally sponsored Team Members (in 2022) who achieved STAR must rank advance to BRONZE and maintain that rank at least the two following months, within the 12-month qualification period.

Terms and conditions:

- Every Synergy Europe Team Member who has not previously earned the Vision Retreat may participate to qualify in this edition of the Vision Retreat promotion.

Who can qualify: European Team members who have achieved GOLD or above as their highest title before the end of 2022.

How to qualify

· Achieve the rank of TEAM LEADER or higher

· Maintain that rank for at least 6 months of the year, including December.

· In addition, your 2022 total weak leg volume* must exceed your total 2021 weak leg volume by the following percentages**

Example 1:
Lisa is a Synergy Team Member and has an active Subscribe and Save Subscription.
Her subscription order with products has more than 200 CV, which also qualifies her to get free shipping on that order. Lisa is excited about the Title Race promotion and is eager to participate.
Month 1: Lisa achieves Star Title for the first time -> A 20 Euro bonus is paid out with her February commission in March.
Month 2: She maintains the Star Title -> Earns another 20 Euro bonus.
Month 3: She maintains the title of Star a third month -> earns her third Title Race bonus of 20 Euro for reaching and maintaining the Star title.
How can Lisa continue with the Title Race? By growing and achieving new Titles beyond star, she can earn additional bonuses.

Example 2:
Month 1: Martina reaches the new title of Silver for the first time and qualifies herself with her 200CV Subscribe and Save order -> A 70 Euro bonus is earned
Month 2: She does not have her subscribe and save order nor qualifies as Silver Title -> No bonus.
Month 3: She has a Subscribe and Save order of 200 CV and reaches title level of Silver -> No bonus as it was not maintained in month 2.
Martina can start earning Title Race Bonus once she reaches a new title for the first time (in her case: Gold).

Example 3:
James enrolls as a new Team Member in January 2022 and sets his subscribe and save order to 300 CV each month.
Month 1: James achieves Star title for the first time -> Earns a 20 euro bonus.
Month 2: He achieves Bronze title for the first time -> Maintaining star (20 euro bonus) and reaching Bronze (50 euro).
Month 3: He achieves Star again -> Earns a 20 euro bonus.
James can continue earning with the Title Race Bonuses by achieving his next new rank of Silver.

- Remember, you will need to be active on “Subscribe & Save” with an order and maintain 200 CV in TC1 volume in each of the qualification months to qualify for any Synergy promotions.

- Title Race is a limited-time promotional program designed to encourage growth and good practices in Europe.
